Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Pre-Order & Back-Orders:
If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available.
If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Unless specified for free postage
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
All items are shipped via Australia Post Or Sendle
Standard Shipping Rates are:
Singles (1-5 Cards) - $4 - Tracking Included
Singles (5+ Cards) - $8 - Tracking Included
All Standard Parcel Rates (excluding singles)
Small Parcels (Up to 5KG) - $12
Larger Parcels (Up to 22KG) - $14.50
Express (Up to 5KG) - $17

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All orders include 10% G.S.T
TheCollectorSmith is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
TheCollectorSmith is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
